1. Data Collected by the Developer

The App does not require an account or sign-in. The current version does not transmit personal data, device identifiers, gameplay progress, or analytics data to the developer or to servers controlled by the developer. The developer does not sell personal information and does not track users across apps or websites.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores level progress, coins, items, high scores, check-in status, and mission progress locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game features and is not uploaded to the developer by the App. Regular save data is generally removed when the App is deleted. The Endless Mode trial counter is stored in Keychain and may remain after uninstall.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers one non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks Endless Mode. Product display, payment processing, transaction verification, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive full payment-card information. 4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

The current version contains no third-party advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app/website tracking. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

5. Device Permissions

The current version does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, precise location, Bluetooth, health data, or notifications.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children and is not submitted to the App Store Kids category. The App does not collect personal information from children.

7. Retention and Deletion

The developer does not maintain user accounts or server-side game data. Deleting the App generally removes regular local game save data. The Keychain-based trial counter may remain after uninstall to prevent repeated free-trial claims.

8. Security and International Transfers

The App does not transmit user data to developer-operated servers. Downloads, payments, device backups, and other Apple platform services are governed by Apple’s own policies.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated if features, third-party services, or applicable laws change. The revised effective date will appear on this page.
